Some PC manufacturers recommend uninstalling Windows 10

Our American colleagues Site Laptop tried a funny experience: they contacted three computer support services, to solve problems rather minor in Windows 10. Surprisingly, in two out of three cases, the manufacturer recommended their uninstall simply the latest version of the system and return to Windows 8.1

Laptop Editors began by calling Dell, to change the behavior of the touchpad on a 15 Inspiron 5000 Series, recently updated Windows 10. While the solution is extremely simple (right click on the icon control parameters do), the technician simply retorted them to return to Windows 8.1. "There are many anomalies in Windows 10," he replied to the editors of the site.
Contacted about this, a Dell spokesman said about him: "As Windows 10 continues to evolve, we sometimes recommend a client to return to its previous operating system to solve a specific problem. In addition, we have a continuous back with Microsoft with whom we share information about our customers' problems [...]. We remain committed to Windows 10 and are ready to help our customers make the transition as easily as possible. "

The experience does not stop there, since our colleagues were then called Laptop HP's service. This time he is acting this time to solve a problem installing the CoolSense software, which controls the temperature of the unit. After Working distance of 57 minutes from the service, the technician finally tried to reinstall Windows 8.1. "I really do not recommend customers to move to Windows 10," she said. Finally, the third carrier manufacturer, Lenovo, has meanwhile tried to sell a subscription of $ 19.99 / month to editors Laptop to manage audio in Windows 10 and activate the "Hey Cortana" option.

Windows 10 it already costs a bad reputation among PC manufacturers? Perhaps, and we must admit that the OS stability issues at its output and hardware recognition have not played in his favor. Besides the features that should have been included but were eventually repelled ...
