iPhone 6s : le GPS en panne chez Bouygues

Many iPhone owners 6s complain about problems related to their geolocation. A concern that would be inherent in 4G networks of mobile operators, not the Apple phone.

Regardless of the application used (Navigon, Google Maps, Maps, etc.) of the latest iPhone GPS would be ineffective after a few minutes. Under the eyes of the user, the pointer supposed to signal its location on the map would move unexpectedly. A problem that is linked to a dispute with certain frequencies of 4G networks of European operators

Beyond our borders are the basis operators in Belgium, O2 Germany or Wind in Italy who share the same concern. A generalization which also suggests that iOS 9 would not be totally alien to this mess.

Bouygues to work and a temporary solution

In France, Bouygues Telecom, which is toast. Aware of this incident, the operator claims to have his teams hard at work to provide a fix ASAP. For this purpose, it is also contacted Apple.

Until we know more, there is still a way to partially solve the problem: disable 4G data (Settings> Cellular Data> Voice and Data> 3G). Use your iPhone 6s brand new 3G solve the failure of GPS.
