MIUI 7 begins its global rollout

As promised last week, the stable version of MIUI 7 begins to deploy formally on a selection of devices. Not surprisingly, the Xiaomi terminals are the first to benefit.

We October 27 and, as expected, the first stable international version of MIUI 7 begins to be offered on some terminals after two months of testing and optimization. Gradually, users of China ROM should receive this new version through the Updater application, but as always in a hurry can force fate through a manual update.

Currently, only 8 terminals are affected by this update, namely the Note Mi, Mi 3 Mi 4, the Redmi 2 and its Prime Alternatively the Redmi 1S 3G, 4G and Redmi Rating mi Pad. Others should follow in the coming months. All files required for this update can be retrieved on the international website of MIUI, as well as the procedure to force the update.


For the record, this update brings according to its creator 30% more speed, 10% more capacity, increased personalization with 5 different themes enforcement officials, more comfort with the setting of the text size but also a child mode, a video of the caller, a daily rotation of wallpaper and more.
